Fox Home Entertainment will re-release X2: X-Men United in a ‘Special Edition Steelbook’ DVD on June 5, 2007. Official information on the DVD features have not been released, but we’re not anticipating much (if any) deviation from the original release in 2003.

Fox will also be releasing their extended cut Fantastic Four DVD on the same date, so it might just be a marketing decision for fans who may want to pick up both DVD’s. Stay tuned for any possible updates.
