Singer Interested In X-MEN!

While speaking at the Pusan International Film Festival in South Korea, X-Men-X2 director Bryan Singer stated that he’s still interested in returning to the mutant franchise.
“I’m still looking to possibly returning to the ‘X-Men’ franchise.” said Singer. “I’ve been talking to Fox about it. I love Hugh Jackman. I love the cast.”
Singer said he enjoyed making the films because it was a way to show something socially relevant, but in a fun way. “[I like to] trick audiences into thinking they’re seeing fireworks, but they’re learning about themselves and listening to what I have to say.”

I said yes but he and Fox need to do X4 and do it big and right.
Bring Cyclops back bring Storm and he up to the front as leaders and make Wolverine more of a supporting role in this film.

Well, with Bryan Singer on board we would get better characterization but the action would feel like a big step backwards. So I guess it depends on what story they wanted to tell and if Bryan was willing to go a little crazier with the action sequences.

It would be awesome if he return to the franchise and fix all the wrong on xmen 3, but we need a xmen 4! and then a first class movie.
I hope he could make it and join all the original cast in a very pretty cool history!
i would love to see him do x-4 and x-5 back to back and bring us more colossus,iceman,cyclops,angel,gambit,nightcrawler,rogue,and storm.and the sentinels. i look forward to this and first class with the sentinels,and the magneto film.
I would like to see Bryan Singer back in the X-men franchise specially when it comes to future installment of the series.
If he does make X4 I really hope that they can do it soon and of course i’d like to see the uonger X-men in Action…
I agree, I would love to see him back but I would want to see the action stepped up from x2.
I voted Yes. For the following reasons;
1. He knows now that it was a mistake to make Superman Returns, and Warner Brothers really did not give that movie a big promo when it was released. His true calling should be the X-Men.
2. Lauren Donner and Stan Lee have made it known they want Bryan to come back. as Hugh Jackman has also.
3. The damage that X3 caused needs to be fixed.
But I am also interested in a second Wolverine movie and X-Men First Class.
X2 is best ever comicbook movie. Bryan please make X4.

X3 was ok but it looked more based off a comic book, brians world was diffrent, so that would be awesome if he returns to make one for 2011, also even though i want cyclops’s face alover the movie wolverine can have a battle with X-23 and if the acotr for nightcrawler doesn’t return johnny depp or jim carrey coulkd try to become him,

You know it’s coming. The question is what it will look like when it finally gets here and if Fox will lay off a little bit. We NEED the 3 hour special effects fest that is going to be laying the ground work for bigger and better! Xmen meet Apocalypse for 9 hours– that’s all I ask.
I gave a no-vote (I don’t care). Honestly… after his last movies tanked, I do not wonder he wants to return. But he has proven with Superman and the Cruisenberg Movies that he can mess up.
I would prefere Gavin Hood for Wolverine 2, and Singer for let’s say Magneto, or First Class.

very exciting news if he comes back and does x-4,and x-5. or first class,and magneto. i prefer he do x-4,and x-5 to fill the holes that x-3 and wolverine left like what happens next for cyclops,sabretoothe,nightcrawler,gambit,colossus,iceman,rogue,and angel (etc).and the sentinels. we are glad to hear your back Bryan Singer.

since bryan singer is coming back to the x-men franchise. now we can get the chance to see the x-men 4 storyline that feature the x-men and the brotherhood teaming up to face on apocalyse,mr.sinster,the four horseman of the apocalyse,the sentinels,and the government agent,danny glyrich. that would be awesome to see that happen.

how about the sentinels are chaseing mutants down after what happens in x-3 rogue gets her powers back and magneto comes to save the day,cyclops is found and he and wolverine get into it the professor comes back and stops them from fighting.they are fighting the sentinels threw the movie,and at THE END APOCALYPSE AND SINISTER MUST BE STOPPED.so the x-men team up and and are almost defeated but magneto and the professor toghether stop apocalypse,and sinister is stopped by cyclops the real leader of the x-men.

and he again with those beak and chamber, there are many better known mutants
there stories are very emotional compared to alot of the other well know mutants,and i love the odd looking mutants.i think if they used them in the new mutant movie and kinda mixed generation-x and new x-men special class the film would work really well.sorry but i must keep posting about them till they listen and put them in the films even if its a cameo. they tricked me and said they would use beak in wolverine and then i found out it was just bolt and i was very dissapointed.
well guys i hear over at comicbookmovies.com that luarun shuller donner says that wolverine2 is being made. first class will keep the tone of the x-men films what a relief,and deadpool is being made.ohhhh and magneto might not be made,or it might be made in 5 years. i would love to see first class and magneto and i really hope they do the magneto film. i also think they should do the gambit film,mystique film,night crawler film,district-x,newmutants fused with special class,and generation-x film,and most of all x-4,adn x-5 back to back with bryan singer as the director,because i love a action sci fi film thats smart and well thought out with a great story and he knows how to do it.so there you go fans oohhhhh and i cannot forget bring on beak,and chamber, and some sentinels,and sinister, and apocalypse, and omega red wooooo sorry i got carried away again.lol you guys have fun catch you all tomorrow.

I agree Chris, we need another Hulk film, The Incredible Hulk was amazing! I don’t know why there wasn’t talk about a sequel after the film did ok in theaters, if they don’t make a sequel then the Hulk should be the main villan in The Avengers movie.

I doubt very much Fox wants him back….and They would likely go with another director.
if fox was smart they would hire him back for x-4,and x-5 back to back,and first class with the sentinels.brian singer knows how to make a deep, smart,action x-men film with emotion.i hope he comes back and does them and uses sinsiter,apocalypse,beak,and chamber,as well as angel,colossus,iceman,cyclops,emma frost,nightcrawler,gambit,charles,and rogue.and wolverine storm,and beast can have minor roles
as for the magneto film let david goyer do it,kets just get some x-men films moving along.
and lauren shuller donner is talking about new mutants the movie well the only way that will work is if generation-x,and the new x-men special class is intertwined and all of the other characters can show up that are not used in the other film.
i think anole and rockslide would be cool to see.i like mutants from all the different comics and think thats the only way to make a new mutant film the best it could be.
I think it very unlikely they will do all of this.
I have doubts Singer will be back for X-Men 4, but who knows?!

Lauren Donner quer filmar X-Men 4 e Novos Mutantes
Segundo o site Slashfilm, a produtora Lauren Shuler Donner quer fazer mais dois filmes sobre os X-Men: X-Men 4 e Novos Mutantes.
Isso em adição aos projetos Deadpool e X-Men First Class, que já estão sendo desenvolvidos.
Aliás, sobre X-Men First Class, Donner desmentiu a informação divulgada no Twitter de que as filmagens já teriam começado.
Segundo ela, o filme não está no estágio de desenvolvimento e nem mesmo os atores estão com contratos assinados.
Por enquanto, X-Men 4 está longe de se tornar uma realidade. Embora Donner esteja interessada nesse filme, ela nem mesmo discutiu a ideia com a 20th Century Fox.

That might be a good possibility given Donner added that Singer would not be too busy with other projects, though it’s hard to fathom how that can be possible when you consider just how many projects Singer currently has on his plate. Perhaps his Battlestar Galactica feature film is a lot further off than the 2011 date it has been tentatively scheduled for.
